Team Members are responsible for consistently providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food.

Position Type:

• Full-time and Part-time
• Part time must be able to work 20 hrs a week
• Full time must be able to work 35-40 hrs a week
• Monday to Saturday
• Night shifts (2pm-11pm)

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
