Job Title: Senior Enterprise Project Lead
Location: Columbia, SC (5 Days Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months with Extension

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Lead to manage complex enterprise initiatives, provide project leadership, coordinate stakeholders, and support business analysis and process improvement activities.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience with moderate to high complexity.

• Demonstrated experience in business analysis and process redesign.

• Minimum 5 years managing IT, regulatory, compliance, or enterprise-level initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and dashboards.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, SMEs, and stakeholders.

• Lead interviews, workshops, requirements gathering, and process analysis.

• Document business, functional, nonfunctional, and user-story requirements.

• Develop current-state and future-state process documentation.

• Collaborate with technical teams on solution designs and integration needs.

• Coordinate UAT, cutover, readiness, and post-launch support.

• Support change management, communication, and continuous improvement.

• Maintain project charters, schedules, decision logs, and other deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading enterprise-level IT initiatives.

• Strong business analysis and process redesign experience.

• Experience with project implementation and UAT.

• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team coordination skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
