Responsibilities As the Full Time Aquatics Supervisor you will provide coverage as the department, including duty supervisor shifts, overseeing operation of all park attractions by providing active leadership to ensure safety, service and quality for both guests and ambassadors. Enthusiastically represent Sesame Place with a positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job. Ensure a safe environment for all Ambassadors and Guests. Lead the development of all Water Safety Ambassadors through comprehensive training, consistent feedback, and ongoing coaching. Enforce compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations, park policies, and departmental procedures. Assist Manager with ambassador and leadership scheduling, guarantee that Ambassadors receive scheduled breaks and meal periods in accordance with company policy and labor laws. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the park; conduct regular quality inspections and follow up on areas of improvement. Maintain inventory, stock/replace area supplies and equipment as needed. Respond to emergencies following established park protocols, providing support to Ambassadors as needed. Deliver outstanding guest service by promptly addressing guest needs, expectations, and concerns. Communicate effectively with peers across the department and with other park departments to ensure seamless operations. Monitor, track, and record data for completion of daily and weekly operational reports. Provide status updates to leadership on ongoing projects and completed assignments. Offer support to other locations within the park as operationally required. Other duties as assigned.
