Rapid Bath Remodel is expanding into the Portland area and is looking for a licensed contractor to join our team. We’re looking for an experienced, dependable contractor with strong residential construction knowledge and a commitment to quality workmanship.REQUIREMENTS
Active Oregon contractor’s license Residential construction and remodeling experience Knowledge of Oregon building codes and construction requirements Reliable transportation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage job-site responsibilities Professional and dependable work ethic Comfortable working in occupied residential homesRESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee residential remodeling projects Coordinate with installers and other trades Manage job-site issues and inspections Ensure work is completed according to code and company standards Communicate professionally with homeowners Keep projects on schedule Complete required documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job siteTHE RIGHT CANDIDATE
