Senior Director of Solutions Consulting

Leading the strategy for pre-sales and launch readiness, the full-time Senior Director of Solutions Consulting will manage the solutions consulting team, ensuring alignment between Commercial, Operations, Product, and Delivery to drive successful deal execution in a remote environment. Key responsibilities: Set the solutions consulting strategy and connect it to enterprise sales objectives and growth targets Build and scale the solutions consulting function, developing team expertise across the sales lifecycle Own end-to-end launch strategy for new products, ensuring commercial viability and operational readiness Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field required; MBA preferred Significant experience in solutions consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering supporting enterprise sales Proven experience leading pre-launch and launch strategies for new products or platforms Strong competitive and market awareness, including industry trends and evolving customer needs Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
