Custodial Worker Leader

About the Position This position is a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Langley Inns on Langley Air Force Base. It is a regular full-time position with 35 guaranteed hours. Eligibility and Application Open to everyone. Closing date: 06/17/2026. Applicants must provide proof of eligibility for applicable preferences. Qualifications Ability to lead three or more custodial workers to accomplish housekeeping assignments. Functional experience and demonstrated knowledge of facility/equipment in housekeeping and the ability to build teams and work with others. Experience and knowledge of housekeeping principles and practices. Ability to plan, coordinate, and time sequence steps needed to meet time constraints of work assignments. Experience and knowledge gained either in a military lodging program or commercial hotel/motel. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate custodial staff to meet housekeeping assignments while ensuring quality and compliance with facility standards.
