Part Time Content Project Manager Education Technology $43.63 per hour, 9 Month Contract Part-Time – Up to 25 Hours per Week (EST Hours Preferred) Remote What You’ll Do: Manage the creation, production, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal support content designed to improve the customer experience Transform complex workflows and processes into clear, user-friendly onboarding resources, training materials, and how-to guides Maintain and organize content libraries to ensure materials remain accurate, current, and easy to access Collaborate cross-functionally with Platform, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research teams to support customer experience initiatives Monitor customer experience survey feedback and route insights to appropriate teams for timely follow up and resolution Support the development of content aligned with customer onboarding and support strategies What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in technical writing, content management, or documentation management Strong writing, editing, and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to simplify technical or complex information into accessible, customer-friendly content Experience managing documentation processes and maintaining organized content systems Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint Background in edTech or SaaS environments is a plus Experience working with LMS platforms is a bonus Apply Today!
