Apprentice Plumber – 3rd or 4th Year

1-Tom-Plumber NW Chicago is looking for experienced, licensed apprentices (3+ years preferred) who are eager to grow into journeyman roles. We’re a fast-growing plumbing company specializing in emergency service, drains, and excavation. We’re building a team of professionals who want a long-term career.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle service calls alongside licensed plumbers, with opportunities to run jobs independently as your skills allow.
• Perform plumbing repairs, drain cleaning, and installations with top-of-the-line equipment.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.
• Maintain work vehicle and tools in excellent condition.
• Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Illinois licensed apprentice plumber (3+ years of experience strongly preferred).
• Strong technical skills and the ability to work efficiently under supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Team-first attitude, strong communication, and customer service skills.
• Must live within 30 minutes of our shop (Lake in the Hills, IL).
