We are excited to continue to grow our mission family!Benefits Offered:Medical, Dental & VisionVacation, Sick & Holiday Paid Time OffMileage ReimbursementEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending & Health Savings AccountsDisability, Life and AD&D Insurance401(K)Compensation starting at $35/hour!Essential FunctionsManage Phone and Front Office Communication – Answer, screen, and transfer calls; greet and direct visitors and clients professionally.Provide Administrative Support – Perform general office duties including document preparation, correspondence, and data entry.Coordinate Office Operations – Maintain a clean, organized office environment and manage office supply inventory and equipment maintenance.Process Documents and Records – Retrieve and organize inbound documents, lab results, and ensure timely submission to medical records or appropriate teams.Support Meeting and Schedule Coordination – Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining internal calendars.Assist with HR and Staff Onboarding Tasks – Help with new hire documentation, orientation support, and coordination with HR and Scheduling.Provide Direct Patient Care in the Field – Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with the plan of care and under RN supervision (as needed).Perform Patient Assessments and Documentation – Conduct routine assessments, monitor patient conditions, and accurately document all care provided (as needed).Support Interdisciplinary Communication – Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to ensure timely updates on patient status and care needs (as needed).Ability to perform other job duties as assigned or neededRequirementsCurrent and active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in the state of Oregon – requiredCurrent TB test and ability to meet all clinical compliance requirements – required for patient careMinimum of 1 year administrative or office coordination experience, preferably in a healthcare or home health settingStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning EMR systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionallyWillingness and flexibility to provide direct patient care in the field as neededReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance – required for field visitsAt Mission Healthcare, we believe in fostering an inclusive workplace where diversity is valued and every employee feels respected, accepted, and empowered.
