Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFs are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings (Early Childhood, Elementary, or broader school-aged populations) is highly desirable
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Committed to supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations and develop targeted Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy to students with a range of communication needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and meet federal, state, and district compliance requirements
• Engage families and educators in the therapeutic process and progress monitoring
