Credentialing Manager

Are you an experienced credentialing professional who enjoys creating organization, improving processes, and helping a growing healthcare organization operate efficiently? We are seeking an experienced and confident Credentialing Specialist to oversee provider credentialing and recredentialing efforts for a rapidly expanding healthcare organization with continued growth on the horizon. Key Responsibilities Manage provider credentialing, recredentialing, and enrollment activities Maintain provider records and monitor expirations for licenses, certifications, and other required documentation Coordinate with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payers, providers, and healthcare facilities Ensure compliance with credentialing and regulatory requirements Develop and improve credentialing workflows, policies, and procedures Schedule & Compensation Full-time, 35-36 hours per week Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Full benefits package available $35–$40 per hour, with additional consideration for candidates with leadership experience On-site in Brooklyn, initially, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement as the employee becomes established in the role Minimum Qualifications Previous healthcare credentialing experience Strong understanding of provider enrollment, credentialing, and recredentialing processes Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience credentialing large provider groups or multi-specialty practices Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience This is a long-term, career-oriented opportunity for someone who is confident in their knowledge of credentialing requirements and enjoys taking ownership of a critical function.
