Coral Reef Subacure Care Center is looking for a talented and hard-working Registered Dietitian to join their ever-growing team. Today, under new ownership, we are creating an inimitable, revitalizing Rehabilitation Environment to provide the short term patient with a luxurious, five-star experience that meets and exceeds all expectations. 

Registered Dietitian (RD)  Job Description:

• Initiate nutritional assessments within 24 hours and complete within 7 days
• Observe meal service in main dining area at a minimum of four times a week, other congregate dining areas as needed.
• Conduct meal rounds
• Approve menus and substitutions
• May assist in department when needed
• Staff development functions
• Residents rights - understand and comply with and promote all rules.
• To ensure medical nutritional therapy is assessed,implemented and monitored in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, resident care plans and appropriate regulations

Registered Dietitian (RD)  Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be able to read, write and understand English
• On job training
• Must have RD License

 

Salary: Up to $82,000 a year
