Assistant General Manager | Sales / Operations Manager

Our Elements Massage® in Surprise, AZ is looking for a assistant sales manager/operations manager to co-lead sales and operations for a Massage Therapy wellness studio. We are looking for someone experienced in Wellness (massage, skin sevices) that has helped run a shop/management previous to this role. Elements Massage® Assistant Studio Manager Benefits Competitive pay ($15-$20/hr) and 10% commission structure Free massage therapy services Assistant Studio Manager Qualifications - A great assistant manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy, and has the following Must have at least 1 year of sales experience in related field (health, wellness, gym, spa, etc.) Have 2.5 years experience in management including but not limited to experience as an assistant sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager in a service, sales or retail environment Has excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly Implement structure, policies, and procedures Customer Service oriented Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate Strong verbal and written communications skills Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays Competent trainer and motivator MindBody Software experience a plus ©2024 Elements Therapeutic Massage, LLC (“ETM”).
