• Number of Beds - 21
• Number of Staff 37
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift 1- Director 1-Lead CNC, 2-CNC's, 16 RN's
  • Night Shift 2 CNC's, 17 RN's
• Patient Ratios 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, 4:1
• Type of equipment giraffe warmers, giraffe incubators, open cribs, vapotherms, bubble cpap, ventilators, oscillators, bili lights, bili blankets, syringe pump, IV pump, infant scales, glucometers, thermometers, etc.
• EMR Meditech
• Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) Y

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• BLS
• NRP

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• STABLE

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Lumbar Puncture
• PICC line placement
• UAC/UVC placement
• Exchange Transfusion
• Chest tube insertion
• Intubation

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color - Galaxy Blue

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

• All accessible through policy tech- under Women's Health and Perinatal Services- NICU
