Responsibilities

Oversees the team responsible for assembling, constructing, and inspecting grape boxes outdoor under a shade. Ensure lines run smoothly, train new employees on equipment, and maintaining strict quality control and safety standards.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 8 hours at one time
