FOOD SERVICE/FAST FOOD (FULL TIME AND PART TIME)

Job Overview Full time and part time FOOD SERVICE/FAST FOOD positions at University of Idaho. Address: 1080 W 6th Street, Moscow, ID 83844. Online applications accepted only. Schedule Full time & part time; 7:00am - 3:00pm or 3:00pm - 9:30pm. Some weekend & holiday availability is required. Pay $14.50 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Requirements Prior food service experience preferred but not required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greets guests promptly and warmly. Takes food orders and efficiently relays them to back‑of‑the‑house staff. Demonstrates knowledge of all menu items and ingredients. Communicates with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure correct orders and accommodate special requests. Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service‑oriented manner; relays relevant information to supervisor. Prepares fast‑food items in compliance with safety and safe food handling standards. Performs light cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping, to maintain sanitation and safety standards. Makes equipment, work area, and facilities clean and in order. Performs sales transactions in a timely manner; rings all items sold and obtains customer signature. Manages cash drawer, including assigned change, funds and receipts, ensuring compliance. Performs other duties as assigned.
