Role Description: Safety/Quality: Adhere to strict food safety guidelines and maintain a sanitary kitchen environment. Prepare and assemble food items with precision, following established recipes. Ensure all equipment and workstations are clean and properly maintained. Stewardship: Manage inventory and resources responsibly. Work efficiently to maintain speed of service and minimize waste. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. People/Hospitality: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to a positive and supportive kitchen environment. Assist in creating a team focused on excellence. Skill Development: Learn and master various kitchen roles and responsibilities. Explore opportunities for advancement within the BOH team.
