At Artis Senior Living youre so much more than an employee, youre family!/ppThe Director of Nursing, RN will:/pulliEnsure residents receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes their individual needs and rights. Monitor compliance in accordance with State, Federal and Artis guidelines./liliPerform thorough health assessments for each new resident, monitor the health status of all current residents, and ensure level care assessments and care plans are completed in accordance to Artis Senior Livings policy and procedures and in accordance to state regulations./liliDocument and report care provided and resident observations including unusual or significant changes in physical, mental, or behavioral conditions./liliOversee Care teams administration of medication and/or treatment to residents in accordance with physician orders./liliSupervise Care team, evaluating skill and performance. Provide coaching and training on an on-going basis to ensure team members are providing an elevated care experience for residents, in accordance with State, Federal and Artis guidelines./liliActively participate in departmental team member recruiting and retention./liliOperate and maintain the Care department while adhering to budgetary guidelines./liliParticipate in the management of community adherence to legal, safety, health, fire and sanitation codes.
