In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions. You will collaborate closely with referring physicians and other members of the healthcare team to coordinate care and achieve measurable functional outcomes. Patient caseload is primarily adult outpatient orthopedic with a mix of acute injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, and work- or sport-related injuries. Depending on clinic volume and scheduling model, you can expect to manage a steady schedule of patients throughout the day while maintaining appropriate documentation in the clinic's electronic medical record. The patient flow and support staff are structured to allow you to focus on delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions and meaningful patient education. Shifts typically follow standard outpatient clinic hours on weekdays, with start times that may begin as early as the morning to accommodate work schedules, and end times in the late afternoon or early evening. Full-time hours generally align with a 40-hour workweek, but specific schedules can be tailored according to clinic needs and patient demand. Weekend work is uncommon and, if present, is limited and scheduled in advance.
