Schedule: Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 0 - Contract Weeks: 52

Requirements:

• Salary placement fee: 10%
• Salary range: $72,500 - $93,600
• 40 hours per week
• Cannot take new patients

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and management.

Compliance / Notes: No weekend rotation.
