Warehouse Order Fulfillment Team Member

Our team is responsible for a wide variety of tasks related to the entire order fulfillment process. This includes receiving and processing incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, shipping items out, and handling any returns or exchanges. Additionally, we are responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, cataloging new items with detailed descriptions and high-quality photographs. Teamwork, communication, and adaptability are essential for success in our fast-paced and dynamic environment.

While we value efficiency and productivity, we also prioritize accuracy and attention to detail. Employees are not expected to be experts in every aspect of the job from the start. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Receiving and Processing Inventory: You will receive incoming shipments, verify the contents against packing slips, and inspect items for damage. You will then accurately enter item information into our inventory management system, including SKU numbers, quantities, and descriptions.
• Picking Orders: Using handheld scanners and our warehouse management system, you will locate and pick items for customer orders.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for defects to ensure an amazing customer experience.
• Inventory Control and Management: You will assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by conducting regular cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, and reporting any issues to management.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.

Work Environment

• Warehouse Setting: You will be working in a warehouse environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and dust.

• Physical Demands: You will be required to stand, walk, lift, carry, and move items throughout your shift.

Basic Requirements

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Language: Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Work Authorization: Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Overtime: Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
• Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 49 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, and stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift.
