As the Executive Producer overseeing B2B events you will ensure all aspects of a program are successfully delivered to the client while managing its fiscal health. You will lead teams, foster career growth, and execute a wide range of complex, multi‑faceted programs. You have extensive experience working across multiple types of offerings and client industries and are recognized as a team leader, working across departments seamlessly. What you’ll be doing: Ensure all programs are adequately staffed Provide a supportive environment where team members have a voice and a champion Own fiscal health across all programs and accounts Maintain a high‑level understanding of all projects Demonstrate flexibility to execute a program as needed With our clients: Participate in the development of integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and are mutually beneficial for the client and the agency Guide the development, writing and presentation of incremental program proposals, scopes of work, schedules, and staffing plans, ensuring client SOW template and invoicing details are followed Build and maintain effective client relationships, ensuring all client needs are heard, understood, and addressed timely Ensure consistency between programs and processes and communicate clearly to the client regarding roles, responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules and program status/action items With our teams: Work with the core leadership team to manage the program process from creative through execution using Jack Morton processes and tools Ensure regular team meetings and manage communications between team members, meeting all deadlines Coach and oversee junior team members on execution of all individual job details Provide learning opportunities for team members – both internal and freelance Partner with Resource Manager for seamless team integration Participate in Creative Brief process Continuously look for innovative solutions and production methods Maintain integrity of the creative treatment in all deliverables Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets up to $5 million Actively participate in finance meetings and communications, including forecasting meetings Oversee all projects and manage third‑party costs Develop and manage vendor and freelance talent relationships Review all program reconciliation and program costs against budget Qualifications: 10‑15 years of event / experiential production experience Ability to travel, including internationally Strong program management, organizational and communication skills Strong project team management skills Demonstrated production competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team effectiveness, developing others, attention to detail, flexibility, and professional confidence Savvy in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and/or Procima Plus Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Last but not least, we believe in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
