The Tax Exempt Market (TEM) supports mission‐driven institutions—including major healthcare systems, colleges, and universities—by delivering retirement plan services that improve financial well‐being.**Strategic Partnership:** In this role, you will work closely with TEM Product Leadership, Engineering, Distribution, Operations, and global partners to design, deliver, and support critical product capabilities across the TEM ecosystem.### **The Role**As a Consultant, Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving complex product initiatives forward within the TEM Product Area. This role operates as a senior individual contributor with high autonomy, responsible for leading end‐to‐end business analysis across multi‐team epics and sub‐initiatives.You will translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements and partner closely across Product, Distribution, Technology, and Operations.
