Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

As an Account Representative for the Joe Bonura Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. Responsibilities:
- Generate as many leads as possible.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
- Represent and market the office in a compliant and professional manner.
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Obtain New York State Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Obtain New York State Life, Accident, & Health insurance license.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
