Role Description This is a full-time on-site Nurse position located in Nacogdoches, TX. The Nurse will provide patient care by assessing health conditions, administering medications, managing treatment plans, and collaborating with a medical team to ensure quality outcomes. The role will also involve educating patients and families, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Qualifications Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration. Knowledge of developing and managing care plans and understanding treatment protocols. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient education. Attention to detail and documentation skills for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment. Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas and CPR/BLS certification.
