Job Description The Commercial Banking Relationship Manager (RM) manages and grows a large and complex portfolio of middle market businesses in the Texas Region having revenues ranging from $25 million to $1 billion. The RM prospects for and closes new business relationships while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships. Works closely with the portfolio management team to manage loan and portfolio credit quality. Provides financial advice to customers and recommends appropriate bank products and services to those prospects and clients and makes appropriate referrals. Basic Qualifications Master's degree in finance, accounting or other related field 10 or more years of commercial lending experience Three or more years of management experience Preferred Skills/Experience Considerable knowledge and experience in managing and growing a large and complex portfolio of commercial loans Significant knowledge of credit and credit quality Thorough knowledge of bank products and services Strong leadership and strategic management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Well-developed analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
