Job Description Summary Summary: As a Financial Analyst, , you play a key role in supporting the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. You will help analyze business performance, develop financial models, and provide data-driven insights that guide decision-making across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional teams to monitor key performance indicators, optimize resource allocation, and support strategic initiatives in a dynamic, service-driven environment. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and coordination of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans for assigned departments or business units Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning, variance analysis, and strategic business cases Analyze actual financial results versus budget/forecast and prepare reports highlighting key variances, trends, and business drivers Partner with operations, marketing, HR, and other departments to gather data, understand cost drivers, and support business planning Track and report key financial and operational metrics; recommend actionable insights to improve efficiency and performance Support the development of dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership meetings and decision-making Assist in the analysis of capital investment opportunities, ROI evaluations, and pricing strategies Contribute to enhancements in FP&A processes, systems, and reporting tools to drive accuracy, automation, and scalability Maintain financial documentation and ensure planning activities comply with internal controls and company policies Collaborate with accounting, operations, and other finance team members to align financial data and ensure consistency across reports Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if applicable Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members, aligned with the company's guest service culture standards Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or related finance roles; hospitality or gaming industry experience a plus Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with Microsoft Office Suite required Experience with financial planning systems and reporting tools (e.g., Workday Adaptive Planning, Tableau, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) preferred Experience with Workday is strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Requirements At least 21 years of age Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company Verify right to work in the United States Work Cards Nevada Gaming Registration Physical Requirements Occasionally push/pull up to 25lbs.
