DBS Fleet Services is growing! We are a high-volume shop in Santa Fe Springs specializing in commercial fleet maintenance . We are currently looking for a skilled Automotive Repair Technician to join our expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on a wide range of fleet vehicles (cars, vans, and medium-duty trucks).
• Utilize advanced diagnostic scan tools and equipment to accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues.
• Execute high-quality repairs including engine work, suspension, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of vehicle symptoms and repairs performed.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets our shop’s high standards for quality.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Diagnostic Expertise: Proven ability to operate diagnostic machines and a strong track record in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues.
• Technical Skill: Deep understanding of automotive systems; ability to work independently on a variety of makes and models.
• Tools: Must have your own set of professional tools.
• Professionalism: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a focus on getting the job done right the first time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diesel Knowledge: Experience with diesel engine repair and maintenance is a major plus.
• Master Technician skill and experience is a plus. 
• SHOP FOREMAN  experience is a major plus.
