Branch Manager

Branch Manager Sunbelt Rentals, a leading equipment rental company, is seeking a Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to oversee the overall performance and operations of a multi‑million dollar rental business. The role includes leadership of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, Logistics, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the rental center business unit. Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics. Achieve financial and performance goals, including P&L management and other key financial controls. Coordinate operational and financial reporting functions. Build and manage a high‑performing team. Qualifications Business Management degree with at least 1 year of rental industry experience, OR 3–4 years of rental industry experience. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Strong leadership, communication, and accountability skills. Experience in outside sales or negotiation and influencing. Knowledge of construction or industrial markets is helpful. Physical Demands The position requires bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
