Contract Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly energetic individual with a "can do" attitude to join our outpatient healthcare company as a seasoned Contract Manager . The role requires adeptness to regulatory private, federal & state guidelines, and an understanding of a multi–Tax ID business. The ideal candidate will identify and negotiate key terms and reimbursement within contracts, with a focus on contracting in closed networks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/Math preferred or equivalent work experience required. Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in contracting, including Managed Care, WC, Replacements & Auto lines of business. Preferred experience & established relationships with payors. Outpatient Therapy Experience preferred. Proficient in identifying, summarizing and calculating payment/reimbursement policies. Advanced MS Excel, MS Access & credentialing software experience a plus. Effective project management skills. Critical analytical thinking, problem solving, organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail; ability to multi‑task at high levels. Excellent administrative, analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Benefits Competitive compensation (anticipated base salary range: $75,000 – $80,000).
