Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager based in Tempe, Arizona. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying client needs, developing tailored service solutions, preparing proposals, and maintaining consistent communication with potential and existing clients. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver products or services on time
• Monitor account performance and prepare reports for clients and management
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve problems promptly
• Maintain accurate records of client communications and activities
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in account management, outside sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role
• Must reside in or within a commutable distance to the Tempe, Arizona area
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and revenue targets
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally to customer sites as needed
• Knowledge of the elevator, escalator, construction, or related service industry (preferred)
