Mortgage Loan Officer
Pacific Wholesale Mortgage
Advise clients on residential and commercial financing solutions by assessing financial profiles and structuring mortgage products through a wholesale lender network. Manage the full loan process from consultation and pre-qualification through underwriting and closing while ensuring compliance and strong client service. Key Responsibilities: Consult with homebuyers, homeowners, investors, and business clients on financing options Originate residential loans including conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, non-QM, and refinance products Analyze income, credit, assets, and debt-to-income ratios Match borrowers with competitive lending programs Coordinate with underwriters, escrow, title, and lending partners Ensure compliance with lending regulations and documentation standards Educate clients on loan terms, rates, and financing strategies Build referral relationships with real estate and financial professionals Core Skills: Mortgage Lending | Loan Origination | Wholesale Lending | Refinance Solutions | Credit Analysis | Client Relations | Compliance | Real Estate Financing #J-18808-Ljbffr Pacific Wholesale Mortgage
