Renewal Rehab seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. Working under the direction of a Physical Therapist, you’ll deliver individualized treatment focused on mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention to enhance functional independence and quality of life. You’ll document care in EMR, educate patients and families, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
