Tukwila WA Full-Time On-Site
Join our welcoming team in Tukwila conveniently located in the greater Seattle area. This in-office position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues build lasting professional relationships and make a meaningful impact every day.
Note
Candidates must have 2 years of personal injury law experience an active Washington State Bar license and the ability to work on-site in Tukwila. We welcome both experienced associates and more senior attorneys who are excited to contribute and grow with our team.

Job Description
- Manage personal injury cases through various stages of pre-litigation litigation and settlement.
- Develop case strategies evaluate liability and negotiate favorable resolutions for clients.
- Draft legal documents motions pleadings and settlement materials.
- Represent clients at hearings court proceedings and settlement conferences.
- Communicate with clients insurance adjusters opposing counsel and medical providers.
- Assist with minor settlement approvals and related court proceedings as needed.
- Collaborate with our legal support team to deliver efficient high-quality representation.
Qualifications
- 2 years of personal injury law experience.
- Active Washington State Bar membership in good standing.
- Experience with personal injury claims legal research case management and settlement negotiations.
- Strong writing communication organization and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling court appearances and hearings independently when appropriate.
- A compassionate client-first mindset and enthusiasm for teamwork.

- Salary Bands (Only if attorney role):
- 3 to 4 years: $75000 to $100000
- 5 to 7 years: $100000 to $125000
- 8 years: $125000 to $150000
