About the Role:

Promised Land Academy in Naranja, FL is looking for a passionate and dedicated Special Needs ESE Certified Teacher to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and goals
• Deliver differentiated instruction using evidence-based strategies for students with exceptional needs
• Monitor and document student progress, behavior, and academic performance regularly
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure inclusive learning environments
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and IEP team members regarding student development
• Maintain compliance with ESE regulations, state standards, and district policies
• Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment that promotes student growth and independence

Requirements:

• Valid Florida ESE (Exceptional Student Education) teaching certification required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Experience working with students with diverse exceptionalities and learning disabilities
• Must speak impeccable English
• Christian Faith
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
