SAP Project Manager

Responsibilities Own end‑to‑end delivery of SAP projects, including fixed‑price milestone payment, T&M/Staffing projects. Oversee the project from design through build, test and post‑go‑live support. Lead customer support and program‑level discussions, including steering‑committee meetings. Ensure service quality, availability and operational capability. Establish and maintain effective program governance for each account. Collaborate closely with internal and external partners, customers and project managers. Manage escalations and customer communications. Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and conduct internal governance meetings. Adhere to internal quality processes (Delivery Excellence). Maintain healthy profitability of the account, balancing sold versus delivered margins. Understand and adhere to information security policies, and report any suspected security breaches to the InfoSec team or CISO. Qualifications 12+ years of SAP project management experience, with experience in fixed‑price, T&M and staffing engagements. At least 5 years of SAP experience in a non‑PM role is preferred. Strong project ownership mindset and the willingness to roll up sleeves as needed. Demonstrated ability to manage escalations and client communications effectively.
