Assistant Project Manager

Hiring for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) Multi-Family Construction to support the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, documentation, and project activities for ground-up wood-frame multifamily projects.


Job Description:

  • Assist the Project Manager in managing various phases of construction projects including take-offs, estimating support, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of contract terms in accordance with established systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Help track project schedules and assist in coordinating construction activities to keep projects on schedule.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager, Superintendent, and field operations team to ensure the project aligns with plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating schedules, documentation, and project activities for ground-up wood-frame multifamily projects.
Qualifications :
  • 2-4+ years of experience in construction project coordination or Assistant Project Manager role, preferably in wood-frame multifamily construction.
  • Basic knowledge of construction techniques and project management processes.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in computer and relevant software applications including Procore and Microsoft Office.
