As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ashley King - State Farm Agent, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
- Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
