Area of Responsibility Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards. Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis. Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team. Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity. Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives through audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards. Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer. Your Contribution to the Team Expertise in ERP systems, architecture, and advanced customization techniques. Ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migrations. Proactive problem‑solving to streamline complex requirements. A strategic mindset to align technical solutions with business goals and market trends. Deep understanding of compliance requirements, security protocols, and performance optimization methodologies. Sector specific expertise for high quality project delivery. Required Skill and Experience At least 2+ full lifecycle implementations in Oracle Financials Fusion Cloud in multi‑org or global environments. Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as Accounts Receivable, Subscription Management Cloud, Revenue Management Cloud, General Ledger, ARCS, Tax, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Cash Management. Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, SIT/UAT support, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization. Understanding of finance business processes including record‑to‑report, procure‑to‑pay, and order‑to‑cash. Experience working with business users, finance stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams in a client‑facing role. Experience driving CRP’s (Conference Room Pilot) for Financials Fusion Cloud. Must have design, testing and deployment experience of custom PaaS solutions for Oracle Financials Cloud modules. Preferred Skill and Experience Experience with migration from Zuora Revenue to Oracle Revenue Management Cloud implementation. Experience migrating from Coupa to Oracle Fusion Cloud. Expertise on ASC606 revenue compliance. Experience working with Hi‑Tech clients with SaaS business model. Knowledge of data conversion, reporting, and integrations involving Oracle Fusion Cloud. Experience with Oracle implementation tools such as FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FSM. Experience designing and building AI Agents for Fusion Cloud. Exposure to security setup, approval workflows, and month‑end close processes in Oracle Fusion Financials. Ability to communicate complex business and technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams. Experience working in an onsite‑offshore or global delivery model. Oracle Fusion Financials certifications is a plus. Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
