Shift: 1st (6:00am-2:30pm)
Pay: $18.00 per hour

Hire Sync is hiring a dependable Janitor to support a well-maintained manufacturing facility recognized for its strong operational standards and clean, safety-focused environment. This position is essential in ensuring the building remains clean, organized, and inspection-ready across offices, restrooms, common areas, and the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum hallways, stairs, restrooms, offices, and production areas
• Clean, dust, and wipe furniture and surfaces throughout the facility
• Empty and clean wastebaskets, trash containers, and recycle bins
• Clean and sanitize restrooms using proper chemicals and manufacturer guidelines
• Refill dispensers and restock supplies in restrooms and common areas
• Properly stock the cleaning cart daily with all necessary solutions and tools
• Follow all safety policies and procedures when using chemicals and operating equipment
• Maintain equipment, supplies, and supply rooms in an organized manner
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as basic drywall, painting, and minor plumbing as needed
• Report any equipment malfunctions or building concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain daily cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing environment
• Basic maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and reliability
