A leading agriculture company based in King City is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a small, hands-on Human Resources team. This is a generalist support role ideal for someone who has a background in administrative assistance or has some human resources experience who wants broad exposure across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, compliance, and seasonal hiring cycles.

Responsibilities

• Process new hire paperwork and lead onboarding and offboarding for a variable, seasonally driven workforce
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and generate routine HR reports
• Support seasonal and year-round recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters
• Assist with benefits administration and serve as a first point of contact for employee questions during open enrollment
• Track training completions and employee certifications
• Partner with operations and field supervisors on day-to-day HR needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Discretion when handling sensitive employee information
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required
