Full-Time Medical Assistant | Plastic Surgery

Medical Assistant Opportunity

Multi-specialty Medical Office is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Assistant to join their team. The Medical Assistant will ensure the efficient delivery of patient care, support the professional role of licensed staff, and provide assistance as directed by clinical personnel. Duties include:

Rooming patients
Preparing patients for exams
Entering and updating patient information in the EHR

Answering phones and assisting with patient inquiries. The right person has:

1+ year of experience working in a medical office as a Medical Assistant
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
Reliable transportation to travel to satellite locations (Danbury, New Milford, Ridgefield, and Norwalk)
