Location: 15301 Springdale Street, Huntington Beach, CA 92649 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr (W2) Shift: Multiple Shift : 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift) 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd Shift) Duration: 3-Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Material Handlers to support production operations at the Sekurit autoglass finishing facility. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient handling of materials in a fast-paced, barcoded manufacturing environment.

Important

All required screenings must be fully completed prior to start. Candidates will not begin work with pending background checks.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely handle, move, and stage materials to support production, packaging, and order preparation
• Operate in a barcoded inventory environment to ensure accuracy and traceability
• Support manufacturing workflows while adhering to strict safety standards
• Follow site procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Comply with all company safety, quality, and productivity guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 4+ years of prior manufacturing experience required
• 2+ years of material handling experience
• Forklift experience required
• 2+ years of automation experience (Tier 1 Supplier) preferred
• Experience working in a strong safety culture preferred

Additional Details

• Site uses Kronos for timekeeping
• Base pay: $18.50/hr
• Shift differential: Additional $0.50/hr automatically applied when working 2nd shift
