Job Responsibilities

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate tailored therapeutic approaches to help them reach their personal objectives.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to bolster patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver inclusive and whole-person care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction to patients and their families on therapy techniques that promote ongoing progress outside of therapy sessions.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal patient growth.

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) license
• NBCOT certification is required
