Responsibilities: • • Lead and mentor a team of clinicians, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment. • Oversee clinical operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality mental health services. • Conduct regular supervision sessions, providing guidance and feedback to enhance clinical skills. • Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline processes and reduce clinicians' administrative burdens. • Develop and implement training programs to support continuous professional development. • Monitor and evaluate clinical performance, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. • Facilitate team meetings to encourage open communication and collaborative problem-solving among staff members. Qualifications: Required Active Pennsylvania license as one of the following: LPC LCSW LMFT Licensed Psychologist Experience utilizing evidence-based clinical practices Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills Ability to support and coach clinicians in a collaborative manner Comfortable working with diverse populations Preferred 2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience Experience working with LGBTQ+ and transgender clients (training available) Interest in expanding clinical expertise through ongoing training and consultation Additional Requirements Ability to work remotely for select administrative tasks up to one day per week Access to a private workspace and secure Wi-Fi connection for remote work Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly + bonus eligible

Compensation:
$65,000-$75,000 per year
