General Laborer (Warehousing)

Job Description

We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate / General Labor for our Ontario distribution center. You’ll help receive freight, unload pallets, sort and stage product, and keep the warehouse clean and organized. Forklift experience is Optional.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort, label, ticket merchandise.
Load/unload trucks (pallets + loose freight).
Operate forklift safely (sit-down/stand-up depending on assignment).
Break down pallets, sort, count, and stage product by zone.
Wrap, label, and prepare pallets for store transfers or customer pickup.
Basic inventory support (counts, simple lists, scanning if applicable).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe (5S mindset).
Follow all safety rules and report any damage/issues immediately.

Requirements:

Forklift experience required (1+ year preferred).
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working around pallets, freight, and warehouse equipment.
Basic English communication (Spanish a plus).
Warehouse/receiving experience is a plus.
Forklift certification is a plus (we may test you).
