Welder page is loaded## Welderlocations: Indianapolis, IN (MEP-SOL)time type: Full timeposted on: Posted 3 Days Agojob requisition id: JR105227### Key Responsibilities* Perform TIG level welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols* Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specification* Measure, cut, grind, and prepare materials for welding* Inspect completed welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards* Maintain welding equipment and shop tools* Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work area* Collaborate with the fabrication team and supervisors to meet production deadlines### Qualifications* 5+ years of welding experience in a fabrication environment preferred* Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols* Experience with MIG welding required; TIG experience preferred* Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality* Ability to work independently and as part of a team* Valid driver’s license preferred### Physical Requirements* Ability to stand for extended periods* Lift up to 50 pounds regularly* Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching* Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled shop environment* Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination required### Work Schedule* Monday – Friday* Day shift (overtime available based on workload)E Solutions was built in response to customers seeking a smarter, more sustainable “green” approach to industrial systems.
