Systems Administrator - 365 & Identity Migration Lead

equivant is hiring a Lead Systems Administrator to own internal IT systems, migrating to a dedicated Microsoft 365 tenant as the company separates from a shared environment. You will manage Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, licensing, and identity across Okta and Entra ID. You will oversee Windows endpoint management with Intune, supervise the service desk, and partner with security on compliance and audit readiness.
