Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Critical Care Float Pool RN - Adult ICU

Schedule: 3x12s Nights

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Must hold a valid state or compact RN license at the time of submission
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
• Proficiency with EPIC charting
• IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in adult ICUs, managing critical and complex patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patient needs.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures including ventilation management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and post-discharge care.

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates must complete compliance fingerprinting immediately after booking.
• Orientation consists of 36 hours.
• Weekend coverage required: minimum of every other weekend.
