Job Description Chief Marketing Officer Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a seasoned, strategy-led Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer to provide senior leadership during a period of brand and commercial transformation. This is a high-impact role focused on rebuilding community relevance, sharpening brand positioning, and creating the growth strategy needed to convert renewed customer loyalty into sustainable revenue. The ideal leader brings a strong understanding of consumer wellness and lifestyle markets, with the ability to diagnose shifts in audience behavior, cultural relevance, and subscription performance. This role is not centered on day-to-day campaign execution; it is a senior strategic partnership with executive leadership to define where the brand should go next and how marketing, community, and revenue programs should work together to get there. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of a clear, differentiated brand strategy that rebuilds customer community, affinity, and cultural relevance. Assess the drivers behind declining community engagement and translate findings into practical strategic priorities. Define core audience segments, customer needs, brand promise, and positioning to guide future growth decisions. Create a customer lifecycle and subscription-growth strategy that improves retention, repeat purchasing, and long-term value. Develop strategic frameworks to strengthen flagship product programs and convert engaged community members into loyal customers. Partner with executive leadership to align brand investment, revenue objectives, product priorities, and customer experience. Establish meaningful performance measures for brand health, community engagement, subscription growth, and customer retention. Provide clear recommendations, decision frameworks, and prioritized roadmaps for leadership and cross-functional teams. Qualifications Significant senior marketing and revenue leadership experience within consumer wellness, lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, or related industries. Demonstrated success revitalizing brands, rebuilding customer communities, or leading major repositioning initiatives. Strong experience with subscription, membership, direct-to-consumer, or recurring-revenue business models. Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to turn customer insight into clear commercial priorities. Experience partnering closely with executive teams and influencing cross-functional business decisions. Strong communication skills and the ability to bring clarity, urgency, and alignment to complex challenges.
